AdCamp 2015 will take place from the 2nd to 4th of September at Google's office in Dublin, Ireland and Wroclaw, Poland (participants will be allocated at Google's discretion). Location: Google's European Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland and one of our largest European customer service and support offices in Wroclaw, Poland. Agenda: Google cultural immersion, get a rare glimpse into online sales and customer relations, explore the non-technical career paths in the industry and have the opportunity to develop valuable professional and peer networks. Selection Criteria Current student at a university in Europe, the Middle-East or Africa. Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline. Applicants must have an expected graduation date in 2016 or 2017. Students graduating in November - December 2015 are eligible. Demonstrated experience or internships in sales, customer support, account management, marketing or consulting. Demonstrate academic excellence. Students who have participated in a Google program (AdCamp, BOLD, Google Student Ambassador programs) or Google internship in the past are not eligible to apply. Available to travel to Dublin, Ireland and attend all three days. Fluent in English, as all AdCamp program activities will be conducted in English. Application Processes The deadline to submit an application is the 3rd of May 2015, 23:59 PM GMT. Before starting on your application, please take time to closely review the AdCamp terms and conditions. Please submit your CV in English (PDF only) through the AdCamp application form. Submit a short 300 word essay (see the application form for more details). Short listed candidates will be asked to complete a phone screen with a member of the Staffing Programs Team at Google. Application outcomes will be communicated to all applicants by the end of July 2015. Decisions in relation to the allocation of successful applicants to either our Dublin or Wroclaw Offices will be made at Google’s discretion. Logistics Reasonable travel, accommodation and meal costs will be covered by Google. The adventure will start on the evening of Tuesday the 1st of September, ‘AdCampers’ will travel to Ireland OR Poland on this date. The program will officially commence on the morning of the 2nd of September. AdCamp will end on the evening of the 4th of September, therefore travel home could be either on the 4th or the 5th of September. EU citizens require a valid passport or national ID in order to travel to Ireland or Poland. Non-EU citizens require a passport valid until at least 6 months after the event (13th of March 2016). If a visa is required, Google can provide a letter for a participant to engage in the administrative process.
