"We invite your technical team to join Googlers and experts from around the world in talks and hands-on codelabs covering Android Apps with a focus on Material Design, building non-native mobile web apps with a focus on Push Notifications and Offline Page Caching for Chrome and more.

Registration is free, by invitation only, and limited to 70 participants per city."

We've planned a full day of talks, plus hands on code-labs for implementing Material Design on Android as well as sending push notifications on the open web through the Chrome browser to your users while adding offline functionality to your website. Lunch and snacks will be provided.
