Ayoola Oluwatosin -a.k.a Otunba (Left), a 400 level student of Electrical Electronics Engineering, and Ayodele Oluwaseyi (Right), a 200 level student of Computer Science in Ekiti State University; participated in the 2015 Android Fundamentals Study Jams and built Q-Basic For Beginners and Catholic Prayer Guide which was reviewed amongst other over 50 submitted apps from across Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), and selected as a high-quality app made during the Study Jams series in SSA for the 2015 series. They both won Udacity Android nano-degree scholarship worth USD$ 2,388 (equivalent to 0.7 Million Naira ) each from Google. The “scholarship” grants them access to the course for one year, so there should be enough time to finish off and be certified.
